August 19, Patricia Peterson – Tea Consultant – Patricia has been teaching others about the nuances of the ancient drink of tea, its history, and the important methods of preparation of tea for many years. As a Tea Consultant she has offered courses as well as a retail venue here in the Midwest for patrons and students. In this interview Patricia talks about the tea consulting business, her recent trip to China to gather more information about tea cultivation, and her newest venture called Consign & Design based here in Des Moines, Iowa.
August 26, Toyota of Des Moines – Interview with Steve Luebke – Steve talks about some of the strategies that he has utilized in helping the sales force and service department take more ownership of the success that this auto dealership has enjoyed in the past several years.
