Dr. Hegstad earned her Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has been trained through the College of Executive Coaching. She is a member of the National Career Development Association, International Coach Federation, International Mentoring Association, and the Ankeny Chamber of Commerce. She is also a Girl Scout leader, an active community volunteer, and a Midwesterner at heart.
